Oneil Fuller is the founder of Support HVACR Trade Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Texas focused on STEM education, workforce development, and skilled-trades training. As an HVACR educator, licensed contractor, and curriculum developer, Oneil has built EPA 608 and NATE certification prep courses, hands-on training programs, and STEM classrooms designed to prepare the next generation of technicians.
The Tommy & Theo HVAC Adventures series is a direct extension of that mission — bringing the language of skilled trades into elementary classrooms long before the traditional "college or career" conversation begins.
